6) Returns and refunds (Damaged items only)
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except for items that arrive broken or damaged.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. If approved, we’ll arrange an appropriate resolution.
